Temporary Administrative Assistant, Quality Assurance (Support to QA Director)
Experience: 5+ years in administrative assistant roles supporting managers/directors or departments

Maintain and update the QA Director’s calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and time optimization.
Handle and filter phone calls, emails, and external visits, routing appropriately to the QA Director.
Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation for Finance/Treasury.
Manage departmental correspondence (internal/external), including filing and archiving after review.
Support administrative coordination with internal and external stakeholders as delegated by the QA Director.
Maintain the QA department’s documentation structure (shared folders/Teams), ensuring organization and controlled access.
Process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and support invoice management (tracking, validation, and follow-up with Finance and suppliers).
Prepare and format documents and presentations (especially PowerPoint) to support QA communications and meetings.
Supervise day-to-day administrative activities for the QA area.
Manage documentation and SAP processes.
Support event logistics and internal communications for the QA department.
Administrative Assistant/Secretarial studies or related university degree (preferably Humanities or similar).
~5+ years’ experience as an administrative assistant supporting managers/directors or departments.
~ Advanced MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
~ SAP knowledge is mandatory (PO and invoice processes).
~ Fluent Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
~ Availability for a temporary, fixed-term contract (please specify start date and duration, if defined).
