**Description**
The Revenue Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's interests by ensuring the successful execution of transfers and maximizing gross revenue. This dynamic position involves collaborating with various departments and cultivating enduring relationships with agents to drive company growth. The Analyst will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a keen analytical mindset, proficiency in report management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional agent service.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Analytics and Reporting:
Manage and consolidate data from various sources using advanced analytical tools (Exel and PowerBI) to extract valuable insights on Agente Performance, Market Trends and Geospatial situation to improve Exchanges rates
2. Competitive Analysis:
Conduct in-depth competitive analysis by researching and monitoring industry competitors (Pricing strategies, Market Share and customer base).
3. Agent Relationship Management:
Serve as a point of revenue support for agents, addressing their concerns, and providing data-driven solutions to improve their business in terms of commissions, rates and/or transactions required.
4. Market Research:
Continuously monitor the market and track changes in exchange rates, identifying potential effects on agent activity.
Analyze market trends to recommend strategic adjustments.
5. Performance Evaluation:
Identify areas for improvement. (CC, RA, Fx) and causes of the obtained results. Also develop possibles consequences of the measures to be taken.
6. Reporting and Action Planning:
Generate periodic reports for management, providing insights into daily production, agent performance, and geographic trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop action plans for business development based on the data analysis.
**Qualifications**:
- Desirable, but not mandatory bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, or Economics.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and desirable Power BI.
- Understanding of exchange rate management and its impact on business activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
