Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Director specializing in Paid Ads, based in Madrid with opportunities for remote work. The role involves developing and executing digital strategies to drive brand awareness and campaign success, managing paid advertising initiatives, optimizing campaigns for lead generation, and analyzing performance through web analytics. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing e-commerce strategies to enhance digital performance.
Qualifications
Experience in creating and implementing Digital Strategy and managing Marketing campaigns.
Proven skills in E-Commerce and Lead Generation to attract and convert valuable customer bases.
Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Previous experience in a similar role managing paid advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
Ability to balance creative and data-driven approaches to achieve business goals.
