From our Interim Management team, we are looking for a Store Development Manager to join one of our clients: a well-known international premium fashion company, recognized for its strong brand identity, timeless design and global retail network.
Your mission
You will be responsible for supervising and managing store development projects, from coordination and layout definition to final delivery, acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
Lead store and corner opening projects from planning to final delivery
Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, Retail, Wholesale) and external partners
Act as project leader and main point of contact for each opening
Work closely with the global architecture studio, local architect, and Finance and Retail teams
Review construction and shop drawings throughout all project phases
Manage contractors and suppliers, including tenders and bidding processes
Control project budgets, costs, payments and deliveries
Conduct quality control and site visits
Oversee store maintenance projects and refurbishments
Supervise the store maintenance team
What we are looking for
3–5 years of experience in store development, architecture, interior design or project management
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Strong technical and construction knowledge
Ability to plan and manage several projects at the same time
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Availability to travel abroad
Fluent English (French is a plus)
