Your Tasks
How to become an asset for our team:
- Negotiating and expanding local carrier contracts (Import & Export) in alignment with the regional PMO
- Managing payment terms, demurrage, detention and drop-off/pick-up agreements
- Hosting regular meetings with strategic carrier partners
- Creating a market overview (buying & selling) for the MED region
- Driving joint customer development for V & A customers together with local sales and operations teams
- Monitoring operational quality and KPIs across branches in your area of responsibility
- Maintaining rates in Freightify for local carrier agreements
Your Profile
What makes you special for us:
- Completed commercial or logistics-related education
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development within air & sea logistics
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Organizational strength and confidence in negotiations
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and CargoWise
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Mediterranean locations
