Role Description

We are seeking a graduate or professional to join our diverse and positive team in Tenerife. In this role, you will undertake various tasks, developing your skills and advancing your career.

What You Will Do

* Resolve incidents, complete service requests, or initiate support from remote and/or onsite teams.
* Identify appropriate problem-resolution procedures using customer-specific information.
* Serve as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) within the service provider for incident originators.
* Coordinate progress throughout the incident lifecycle enthusiastically.
* Report to Service Level Management about incidents, potential SLA breaches, and provide updates on processed incidents and requests.

Your Qualifications

* Proficiency in Catalan/Spanish and fluency in English.
* Ability to work in shifts.
* General IT knowledge and familiarity with computer languages.
* Experience in problem solving and investigation while engaging with business partners.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills and process understanding.
* Customer-centric attitude and sense of responsibility.
* Ability to learn quickly.
