We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support festival visitors and ticket buyers across several international events mainly located in Iberia. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for thousands of festival fans, ensuring they receive clear information and excellent support before, during, and after their event experience. You will support festivals such as elrow, Sónar, Arenal Sound and Resurrection Fest, working closely with internal teams and ticketing partners to deliver a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for festival visitors and ticket buyers Handle customer enquiries via email and social media direct messages Support customers with ticket-related questions using the Bleep Ticketing platform Work closely with festival brands and internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently Identify recurring questions and customer pain points and help improve processes and communication by working closely with with developing team Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, accurate and customer-focused communication What we are looking for Excellent written communication skills in Spanish, Catalan and English Experience in customer service, support, or hospitality Ability to handle multiple conversations and stay organised in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Comfortable working with digital tools such as ticketing systems, CRM tools and social media platforms Interest in music, festivals, or live events is a strong plus What we offer A dynamic role in the international festival and live events industry Opportunity to support some of Europe’s most iconic festivals A collaborative and international team environment Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities to grow within the organisation Who are we?Superstruct Entertainment is
