As an AI & Data Systems Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex soil biology and scalable AI solutions. You won't just build models; you will architect the \"Intelligence Layer\" of Biome Makers, integrating state-of-the-art Generative AI with our proprietary biological database to revolutionize how the world understands soil health.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy robust AI/ML pipelines, with a specific focus on Generative AI (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to automate complex agronomic interpretations.
- Lead the architectural transition towards a centralized, high-performance data repository, ensuring seamless data ingestion and normalization from heterogeneous global sources.
- Collaborate with the Product team to develop \"Summarized Data Subsets\" and interactive dashboard metrics that enhance our BeCrop portal.
- Build high-quality, open-source-ready Python tooling, ensuring reproducibility, containerization, and modern CI/CD/MLOps workflows.
- Implement rigorous data-versioning strategies aligned with ISO 27001 standards, ensuring IP protection while enabling data enrichment.
