How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
* Perform duties related to your profession in home care for patients covered under the Vasco Emergency Contract.
* Assist in maintaining quality, environment, and safety procedures across various business units.
The responsibilities include:
* Anamnesis: Gathering patient and caregiver data regarding symptoms, medical history, test reports, allergies, etc.
* Physical Examination: Conducting physical exams, reviewing recent diagnostic tests available at home, assessing nutritional and psychological states.
* Nursing Assessment: Combining data from anamnesis and clinical examination for a comprehensive patient evaluation.
* Medical Diagnosis: If data is conclusive, issuing a diagnosis and coding it according to the CIE10 list. If additional tests are needed, arranging patient referral for confirmation.
* Treatment and Care Plan: Explaining treatment protocols and care plans to patients and caregivers, documented in the medical record.
* Discharge or Referral: Concluding medical actions at home, with referrals to hospitals when necessary, coordinated with emergency services.
* Report any significant incidents observed during the service to supervisors.
Are you a MATCH?
Graduated in Medicine and Surgery, with an equivalent foreign degree or at least six months of professional experience.
