Job brief
The position is available immediately, based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. You will join a team driving our international expansion, supported by our corporate office in Spain. We offer a hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work from home or the office.

Responsibilities
* Drive growth – create and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads.
* Boost brand presence – build visibility through digital channels, events (from trade shows to community meetups), and creative initiatives.
* Shape strategy & execution – from planning to hands-on delivery, you’ll organize and prioritize what matters most.
* Collaborate & Innovate – work with design, sales, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.
* Make data your compass – track, analyze, and optimize every initiative to ensure decisions are based on results, not guesswork.
* Budget Ownership – own and manage the marketing budget: plan, allocate, and optimize spend across channels to maximize ROI, track performance, and report results. This role isn’t just about executing campaigns — it’s about thinking like an owner and making financial decisions that directly shape company growth.
Requirements
* 5+ years in marketing, with proven experience driving measurable results.
* A mix of creativity and analytical thinking — you love testing, measuring, and iterating
* Hands-on skills across digital marketing, content, events, and brand
* Proactive mindset — you like to figure things out and get things done.

* Experience in SaaS, tech, or OTT/streaming industry.
