Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in exhibition stand contracting, capable of driving revenue growth through new Client Acquisition and account management, Starting from Spain and expanding in Other Markets ( France, Germany & Italy) .

The role requires a deep understanding of exhibition environments, design-build processes, and client servicing.

Job Designation : Business Development Manager – Europe.

Location: Work From Home (Europe time zones)

Reports to: General Manager (based at Dubai)

Experience: 5+ years in exhibition stand contracting / events / fit-out

Qualification: Graduate (Business/Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities

* Business Development: Generate leads, build pipeline, prospect through networking
* Client Management: End-to-end relationships from briefing to delivery
* Sales Growth: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, achieve targets
* Project Coordination: Align client needs with Dubai design/production teams
* Market Intelligence: Track competitors, identify new market opportunities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Revenue: Monthly/Quarterly sales target achievement

Business Development: New clients acquired, lead conversion rate

Client: Repeat business ratio, satisfaction score

Operations: Proposal turnaround, on-time project delivery

Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of Exhibition Stand Design & Build process
* Proven sales track record in Exhibitions/Events/fit-out industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and floor plan reading skills
* Commercial awareness and industry network advantage
