Job Summary :
This role is part of our Disney Advertising team in Spain and is offered as a fixed-term contract through the end of the year.
What you will do :
* Feed Mydas with all necessary historic data for the release.
* Receive and request purchase orders negotiated by the sales team from / to clients. Control campaign parameters and negotiated conditions, create and plan campaigns, and ensure effective campaign delivery.
* Receive and request commercial materials for campaigns. Create, update, and approve material data, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and legal approvals.
* Maintain daily communication with clients for booking verification and approval, monitor targets, handle counteroffers, and report compliance, legal, and technical issues.
* Manage legal break limits and occupancy requirements.
* Optimize the commercial schedule, arranging ad sales to meet negotiated conditions.
* Reconcile the Ad Sales playlist daily.
* Prepare, send, and approve pre-invoices for agencies, and coordinate with the Ad Sales Finance Manager for SAP processing.
* Work with Excel, Infosys, Mydas, and Ad stream systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
* Strong communication and negotiation skills in both oral and written forms.
* Proactive with the ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent organizational skills and quick learner.
* Effective time and project management skills.
* High confidentiality standards.
* At least 2 years in a similar role preferred.
* Experience with Ad Sales Airtime systems, preferably Mydas.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
