Our client is a fast-growing French MedTech scale-up that develops connected hardware and SaaS solutions for physiotherapists, rehabilitation clinics, and sports professionals.
Following a €16M funding round in 2024, the company is expanding across Europe and has already started building its commercial presence in Spain, with a first sales team based in Barcelona.
It is now looking to strengthen its position by hiring a Field Sales to develop the Madrid region, which represents a key strategic market.
#As the first sales representative dedicated to Madrid, you will be in charge of building the region from the ground up, focusing primarily on acquiring new clients in the physiotherapy and rehabilitation space.
75% outbound field sales : active prospection of physiotherapy clinics, rehab centers, and sports facilities
~25% inbound leads : qualification, demos, closing
~ Consultative sales : understand client needs, offer tailored solutions
~ Short sales cycles (approx. 4 to 8 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in healthcare, sport, or tech
~ Strong hunter mindset and autonomy in territory management
~ Fluent English is required
French is a strong plus, as the company is headquartered in France and some internal communication may involve French-speaking stakeholders
