Job Description:
Join Crystal Ski, a TUI Group company, as a Resort Accounts Admin Assistant. You will be a key link between our resort teams and suppliers, providing essential accounts and admin support to help our resort teams deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
1. Setting up and maintaining the sales database at the start of the season
2. Training resort staff on accounts processes
3. Visiting resorts for training, reconciliations, and assistance
4. Managing company equipment issued to staff
5. Handling accounting data and payments from resorts
6. Confirming weekly customer bookings and reconciling invoices
7. Assisting with credit card payment issues
8. Maintaining supplier relationships and responding to queries
About You:
* Fluent in English; Spanish or French is advantageous
* Friendly, collaborative, and trustworthy
* Strong communication skills, able to explain processes clearly
* Effective time management and high attention to detail
* Self-motivated with decision-making skills
* Methodical and deadline-oriented
* Tech-savvy with experience in Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Interested in working overseas and enjoying ski time
* Numerically inclined, preferably with accounting experience
