Role Description
\n
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Jimmy Choo for our valued customers in our Greater Marbella Metropolitan Area boutique. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will provide exceptional customer service, foster lasting client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
\n
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking inventory, and staying up-to-date on brand knowledge. You will also represent Jimmy Choo’s core values of luxury, inclusivity, and outstanding service in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

Retail sales and customer service skills with prior experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment
\n
Knowledge of fashion trends, luxury goods, and premium customer experience
\n
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities
\n
Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask effectively
\n
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
\n
Passion for luxury fashion and an understanding of the Jimmy Choo brand and values
\n
Ability to work versátil shifts, including weekends and holidays
