The Senior Hotline & Customer Support in Cytometry product line is responsible for
- Implement all necessary actions to ensure proper business and technical support to both external and internal customers, including coordination, case handling, orders and invoices, with the objective of continuous customer satisfaction improvement.
- Manage the service relationship with other support functions involved in the product line.
- Handle and resolve complex incoming technical calls on the assigned product line.
- In compliance with company rules, safety and applicable regulations, coordinate work on production equipment to ensure and optimize operational availability.
- In agreement with management, recommend and implement continuous improvement actions.
This position reports to the South EU Field Service Customer Support Manager and is part of the Life Sciences Services located in Spain and will be an on-site role in Madrid.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1.Technical hotline & coordination Product Line Support
- Leads coordination for the cytometry product line, manages end‑to‑end work orders, provides advanced technical hotline support, escalates technical issues, and contributes to continuous improvement and technical communities.
2. Service Business Development & Commercial Support
- Identifies leads and service opportunities, promotes contracts and complements (parts, consumables, training), prepares and follows quotations, manages related orders and billing, conducts outbound campaigns, and supports customer satisfaction.
3. Installed Base Management & Cross‑Functional Communication
- Updates and maintains the installed base, supports planning of installations, shares product lifecycle and market information, collaborates across BCLS teams, ensures clear communication with customers.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Bac+3/5), Technical background in Biotechnology, Chemistry or Life Sciences.
- Demonstrates autonomy, rigor and strong communication skills.
- Native Spanish and Fluent in Portuguese/English (written/spoken).
