About the roleWe are looking for an Italian native speaker to join our team as a Freelance Community Manager (ideally based in Italy). You would be supporting one of our clients in the skincare space, a renowned global dermo-cosmetic brand.
Responsibilities
Monitor comments and messages across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for a global dermo-cosmetic brand.
Respond to community interactions in Italian, maintaining a friendly and on-brand tone.
Ensure daily monitoring of conversations and audience sentiment.
Qualifications
Native Italian speaker (ideally based in Italy).
Experience in community management or social media moderation is a plus.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Ability to commit ~15 minutes per weekday and respond consistently from the laptop or computer.
