We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position will be a key contributor to coordinating executing campaigns across Spain and Portugal.
This position requires a person who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen, is analytical, with fantastic communication skills and has excellent time management, is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with a keen interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing activities.
- Executing promotional campaigns for stores and agents in Spain and Portugal.
- Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
- Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Analysing campaign results in Spain and Portugal.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing department.
- Manage contractors and other promotional vendors
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing vigente results with plans and forecasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and find actionable insights
- Exceptionally strong skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure to meet quality, resources, and time constraints.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Spanish and English fluency is mandatory. Portuguese fluency is a plus.
