The company is currently seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead its multi-site operations, oversee a multidisciplinary team, and drive the next phase of growth while maintaining the highest standards of operational performance, and customer experience.
Responsibilities Work closely with the Board of Directors to define and execute the company's strategic and commercial objectives in line with revenue and profitability targets. Lead and represent the company across operational, legal, and commercial matters, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including authorities, financial institutions, suppliers, and partners. Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Define and implement commercial and operational strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and enhance the overall customer experience. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational and financial performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
