Role Description
Merkiber is seeking a Jefe de Servicio Técnico for a full-time on-site position based in Agüimes, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The role involves managing technical service operations, leading a team of technicians, and supervising technical support for customers. The candidate will oversee maintenance schedules, coordinate project management efforts, and manage budgets to achieve efficiency and operational goals. This dynamic position requires excellent organizational and leadership abilities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Services and Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Proven skills in Team Management, with the ability to lead and coordinate a team of technicians.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to oversee expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Knowledge of Project Management principles to plan, implement, and monitor technical service projects efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, General Management, stakeholders, and clients.
- Previous experience in the industrial or technical services sector is beneficial.
- Studies in PF1 Engineering, Technical Studies, or Electricity are desired
