Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Application Support Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the application operations service, ensuring stability, performance, and high-quality support in production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage application support operations end-to-end
- Coordinate daily operational activities across support teams
- Take ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and business teams
- Ensure service control, reporting, and operational governance
- Oversee incident management and continuous service improvement
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in production application support
- Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills
- Solid understanding of application architectures, interfaces, and dependencies
- Proven experience in high-availability production environments
- Leadership capability and strong service ownership mindset
- Strong xcskxlj problem-solving and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services environments
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams
