Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a forward-looking procurement strategy that supports long-term business objectives and reflects industry best practices.
Change & Transformation: Lead initiatives that modernize procurement operations, improve efficiency, agility, and overall effectiveness.
Process & Tools Implementation: Introduce and optimize procurement systems and tools to streamline sourcing and contract management, ensuring a unified and consistent approach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships across departments to promote a growth-oriented culture and drive organizational transformation.
Requirements:
University degree in Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement and transformation projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience in implementing transformation and process improvement projects.
Fluent English
