Leading aviation training organisation is seeking a highly motivated Training Assessor / Admissions Officer with strong administrative, commercial, and communication skills, as well as an advanced level of English.

This role is ideal for a candidate who is organised, client-focused, and confident managing prospective students throughout the enrolment and advisory process in an international aviation training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising prospective students on pilot training programmes, course structures, entry requirements, and career pathways.
- Managing enquiries via telephone, email, video call, and in person.
- Following up with leads and guiding candidates through the admissions and enrolment process.
- Maintaining accurate student and client records within the internal CRM and administrative systems.
- Preparing documentation, contracts, and application‑related materials.
- Coordinating visits, assessments, and onboarding processes for new students.
- Supporting the Admissions and Training departments with day‑to‑day administrative operations.
- Providing a professional and high‑quality experience to both national and international clients.
Working Hours
- Monday to Wednesday: 08:30 to 14:30 and 15:00 to 17:00.
- Thursday and Friday: 08:30 to 15:00.
Candidate ProfileExperience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, customer‑facing, admissions, or commercial roles.
- Previous experience in aviation, education, training, or international environments will be considered an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
- Advanced English, both written and spoken, is essential and will be assessed during the recruitment process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and families.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and confidence handling enquiries and follow‑up processes.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and international team environment.
- Availability to commute to the workplace.
