Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support in Slovenian and English via phone, email, and live chat for travel-related inquiries.
Assist customers with booking services (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.) and provide information on travel policies and procedures.
Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues, such as changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Offer tailored travel solutions and alternatives based on customer preferences.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional responses.
Keep up-to-date with the travel industry trends and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
Requirements:
Fluent Slovenian speaker with English proficiency (B2) .
Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
Comfortable using multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to assist customers.
Passion for travel and helping customers with travel-related inquiries.
