Experienced Sales Professional with a passion for paints and pigments?We are currently supporting an EU-Wide search for a Sales Manager within the pigments and specialty chemicals sector, covering the EMEA region.
The role sits within an international manufacturer of high-performance organic pigments, supplying customers across industries such as coatings, plastics, inks and other formulation-driven applications.
This position offers a high level of autonomy within a high performing leading structure, with responsibility for developing key accounts and supporting regional partners across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key customer relationships across Europe
Develop new business opportunities within pigments and related formulation markets
Work closely with major coatings, plastics and materials manufacturers
Support and coordinate with local distribution partners across key countries
Represent the company across the region and maintain a strong market presence
Profile
Must have: 10+ years of sales experience in pigments, colorants or related specialty chemicals
Proven ability to manage and grow key industrial accounts
Technical understanding of pigments, color systems or related materials
Comfortable operating across a broader European and Middle Eastern market
Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
