We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (EIB) to lead initiatives that foster a diverse, inclusive, and highly engaged workforce. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and collaborating with various departments, your main mission will be to create an environment where every team member feels connected, valued, and motivated. This role requires a visionary leader with expertise in inclusion, equity, and belonging best practices, and a strong understanding of employee engagement strategies within a multinational context.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Design and implement an integrated EIB strategy aligned with company goals; establish priorities with leadership; track progress using relevant metrics.
2. Culture and Inclusion: Cultivate a company culture embracing diversity, equity, and belonging; identify and address barriers to inclusion.
3. Training & Development: Lead EIB-related training programs; incorporate principles into talent development; coach leaders for inclusive leadership.
4. Employee Feedback & Advocacy: Gather employee feedback; serve as an advocate for employees, addressing concerns and suggestions.
5. Community Engagement: Build relationships with external organizations; represent Iberostar in industry forums and events.

* Experienced in change management and organizational transformation.

Qualifications:
* Proven success in developing and executing EIB programs.
* Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and survey methodologies.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
