Senior Commercial Sales & Bid Manager
to join our team. This role involves ensuring accurate costing, pricing, and cash flow evaluations for global projects, aligning with legal, commercial, tax, and financial strategies.Area of responsibility :
Manage commercial aspects of sales and bid preparations for global projects (Cat C and B).Coordinate with specialist departments to prepare competitive bids.Plan costing, pricing, and cash flows in accordance with company regulations and bid strategies.Analyze tender documents, develop bid strategies, and oversee the process from negotiations to contract closure.Drive winning strategies, prepare pricing calculations, and implement risk management.Engage with customers on commercial matters, including meetings and negotiations.Handle business administration tasks such as guarantees, insurance, invoices, etc.Main tasks :
Support technical sales managers in commercial and legal matters.Assess and negotiate complex international tenders and contracts.Define business models and contractual terms with clients and partners.Advise regional units on commercial aspects.Identify risks and opportunities, and implement measures to mitigate or capitalize on them.Ensure offer calculations comply with internal guidelines.Manage cash flow planning and coordinate legal, tax, and insurance topics.Qualifications :
Minimum 6 years’ experience in financial project functions.CPM Certification in Siemens.Experience in project management of international complex projects and finance.Knowledge of Siemens business processes and policies.Proficiency with BA tools (e.G., Spiridon, Dash, GREAT, EPIQ, ).Multicultural team experience.Full professional proficiency in English.Excellent communication and coaching skills.Innovative, perseverant, and structured thinker.We value diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds.
