Job Description: PMO (Project Management Office) Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico Company: Business Consulting Firm GRUPO CYGNUS Client: Leading General Mexican Beverage Company Reports to: Senior Management / Clients Executive Team Schedule: Full-Time On-Site / Hybrid (depending on project) Position Objective Ensure the effective planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic projects for the client through the implementation of best-practice Project Management methodologies (PMI-based). The PMO will be responsible for aligning all initiatives with business goals, optimizing resources, improving operational performance, and ensuring full compliance with Industrial Safety and Quality standards. ️ Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate logistics, warehouse, and industrial safety projects within the client organization.Implement and manage PMO frameworks and methodologies to guarantee project delivery within defined scope, time, and cost.Prepare executive presentations and progress reports for senior management and key stakeholders.Supervise the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve milestones and maintain operational discipline.Conduct data analysis and performance tracking using advanced Excel tools (dashboards, pivot tables, data modeling).Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential deviations and proposing preventive actions.Document project processes, lessons learned, and closure reports to enhance organizational maturity and knowledge management. Mandatory Qualifications Bilingual (EnglishSpanish) 100% fluency, both written and verbal.Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing industrial or logistics projects.Strong background in logistics operations, warehouse management, and industrial safety processes.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and executive-level PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and with multiple priorities.Excellent executive communication skills, influencing abilities, and experience engaging with top management.High level of accountability, ownership of deliverables, and proactive risk anticipation. Preferred Qualifications Based in or willing to relocate to Guadalajara (GDL).Hands-on experience with * or other project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira).PMP / PMI Certification (highly valued).Valid U.S. Visa (B1/B2) preferred for international coordination or site visits.
