If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.As an Azure AD Identity Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing identity solutions for our company, with a particular focus on Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) services. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, availability, and efficient management of digital identities for our users, as well as the resources they access.What you will do1. Architecture & ImplementationDesign and deploy Azure AD-based identity solutions for IT and OT environments.Configure services like MFA, access management, and identity federation.Maintain and support both cloud and on-premise identity infrastructures.Define IAM evolution strategies and roadmaps.2. Identity Lifecycle ManagementOversee full identity lifecycle:
creation, modification, and deletion.Integrate identity processes with HRIS (SuccessFactors) and Renault systems.Manage Conditional Access (CA) configurations for B2B, B2C, and exception handling.3. Security & ComplianceEnforce identity security policies aligned with standards and regulations.Monitor and respond to identity-related security threats.Analyze access logs and security events;
manage network access policies.4. Integration, Governance & SupportGovern IAM and PKI services operationally.Integrate identity solutions with applications and infrastructure.Provide technical support and manage Active Directory and cloud resources.Build and lead an Identity Management team.Troubleshoot infrastructure-level identity issues.What we are looking forBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of professional experience in identity management, with specific experience using Azure AD.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing identity architectures, with a focus on Azure AD.Excellent understanding of identity security principles and access management best practices.Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Active Directory, and PowerShell.Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly and concisely.Relevant Azure certifications (e.G., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate) would be a plus.What we offerA supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities to work on real projects and make a tangible impact.A chance to develop a diverse skill set in communication.Benefits:
