PThe role of a bBusiness Development Representative (BDR) /b consists of calling US companies and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. The aim of the call is to generate a \"lead\": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover™, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe. /ppbr/ppHere’s what you’ll do: /pullibEngage with key decision-makers /b: Connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup. /lilibSpark interest /b: Present our client's innovative IT solutions and show how they can help in optimizing processes and increase productivity. /lilibCreate high-value opportunities /b: Set up meetings between prospects and our client's sales experts to move the conversation forward. /li /ulpbr/ppIn order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellent bfour-week onboarding process /b to prepare you to excel as a BDR. /ppbUncapped Commission System: /b /ppbPerformance matters to us and it pays off. /b /ppOn average, our bUS team members earn €687 per month in incentives, which is an additional annual income of €8,244 on top of the base salary /b. /ppHigh-performing colleagues with only one year of experience on our team earn over €840 monthly in compensations. /ppOur commission model is uncapped – your commitment determines your success - the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. Period. /ppbr/ppbRemote Program Work outside Madrid: /b /ppWe recently started offering the opportunity to work out of any place within mainland Spain. Whether in Madrid, Galicia, or Andalucia Anteriad's doors are open for you! /ppWe will ask you to come into the Madrid office for your first week. We will cover your accommodation and travel costs during this time. After this first week you will then return to your home with all the necessary equipment provided by the company, so you can work comfortably out of your own home.
