- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the UK National Curriculum.
- Monitor, assess, and record pupils’ progress, producing reports and grades in accordance with school policies.
- Provide a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding pupil progress and development.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the varied needs of students.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and pastoral support.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils, following school policies and procedures.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- A Bachelor’s degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
- At least 2 years’ teaching experience in British National Curriculum schools (UK or international).
- Evidence of outstanding teaching and a track record of achieving strong academic results.
- Strong understanding of effective teaching, learning, and assessment strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
- A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Proficiency in IT and digital tools to enhance learning and reporting.
- Experience of working with pupils of diverse learning, social, and emotional needs.
