We are building the CJC Race community from zero, and we need a Community Manager who has done this before - specifically in blockchain gaming or GameFi. You will own Discord and Telegram end-to-end: architecture, onboarding, moderation standards, engagement campaigns, guild activations, and the player-to-community migration funnel. This is a founding community role. What you build in the next 90 days defines whether CJC Race becomes a player-led ecosystem or a ghost town.

What You Will

Own
\n
Build and structure CJC Race Discord and Telegram from scratch - channels, bots, roles, onboarding flows, and multilingual support (Indonesian and Filipino first)
\n
Execute daily community engagement: conversations, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and player events
\n
Manage and brief community moderators across time zones
\n
Plan and manage KOL campaigns
\n
Run player migration campaigns - moving active in-game players into Discord and Telegram
\n
Identify, recruit, and manage regional ambassadors across SEA markets
\n
Track and report community metrics weekly: member growth, retention, DAU, message volume, and sentiment
\n
Collaborate with the Collab Manager on cross-project campaigns and guild activations
\n
Feed the content team with real community language, player insights, and meme formats
\n
Monitor competitor communities and flag intelligence weekly Requirements
\n
4+ years as a Community Manager in a live blockchain gaming or GameFi project
\n
Proven track record growing a Discord or Telegram community from sub-1K to 10,000+ members
\n
Deep understanding of GameFi mechanics: NFTs, wallets, play-to-earn, guild structures
\n
Strong English communication;
\n
Bahasa Indonesia or Filipino/Tagalog is a significant advantage
\n
Hands-on experience with MEE6, Collab.Land, Zealy, Galxe, or similar community infrastructure tools
\n
Ability to write community posts, announcements, and event copy without needing a brief Nice to Have
\n
Prior experience at a horse racing, esports, or competitive gaming community
\n
Existing network of guild managers or P2E community leaders Experience running ambassador or scholarship programs
