Job Summary

As the Senior Commercial Analyst, Global Tenders, you will be primarily responsible to support global tenders and high value business opportunities from kick-off to closure with data sourcing, ensure commercial decisions are based on high quality data. The preparation of the monthly customer profitability reports with the associated KPIs, and initiation of actions round up the profile.

Job Responsibilities Global Tenders

- Keep comprehensive project timelines with clear milestones and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regional Commercial, Legal, Operations, Finance, Communications) to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
- Provide high-quality information and support to project team members: review of contract P&Ls; including pricing, benchmark KPIs at station / country / regional level
- Contribute to the delivery of consistent and professional tender submissions: populate applicable parts of tender presentations
- Organize and facilitate alignment meetings across departments
- Consolidate and structure data to produce insightful tender documentation: pricing, volumes, rates, terms & conditions
- Support internal decision-making with well-prepared and accurate commercial inputs
- Deliver analytical insights that strengthen strategic and competitive positioning: market intelligence, pricing strategy applied for customer at other Swissport locations

Customer Profitability
- Take ownership of global-level customer P&L; calculations: collect inputs from the regions, consolidate data, review results and conduct corrective steps
- Maintain and continuously enhance profitability calculation methodologies: simplify the process and improve data quality, achieve 95%+ accuracy in profitability calculation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality data inputs are utilized: maintain good relationship with the stakeholders, clarify deliverables and follow-up when required
- Provide consistent, actionable insights for informed commercial decision-making: ensure that allocated customer P&Ls; can be consistently applied across all locations and business lines
- Ensure execution of commercial price adjustments based on data-driven analysis: identify contracts with price increase potential, align action plan with budget owners

Linking Data Sources
- Create interface between multiple data sources
- Establish smooth and accurate data flow between finance and commercial systems
- Ensure accurate information is utilized for monitoring commercial performance and in decision-making

Internal Collaboration
- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, and sales: ensure all stakeholders are kept up-to-date
- Act as a key commercial contact point in cross-regional initiatives: align recommendations internally, ensure compliance with approved conditions
- Ensure transparency, alignment, and effectiveness in commercial communications and processes
- Perform any other duties assigned

Qualifications and Competencies
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial and/or project management role
- Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, initiative-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex topics clearly
- Demonstrated experience in managing contracts and commercial negotiations
- Strong data handling and analytical skills;

proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a cross-cultural environment
- Previous experience in the aviation or ground handling industry is an advantage
