As part of Kardex’s NorthStar transformation program, the SAP Application Owner – O2C (Order to Cash) is responsible for ensuring that the systems supporting O2C processes are designed, implemented, and continuously optimized to align with Kardex’s target operating model and integral strategy. This role serves as a functional bridge between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring the O2C solution landscape supports efficient, standardized, and scalable processes across all Kardex divisions and regions. The Application Owner is responsible for the application roadmap and managing related risks and dependencies. The Application Owner ensures a simplified, harmonized and highly automated solution and works closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive sustainable value.The Application Owner takes ownership of the end-to-end O2C SAP solution and is responsible for driving continuous improvement, coordinating changes with the Process Owner and Solution Architect, and suppporting the O2C Key User community.Your tasks Main Accountabilities (tasks and responsibilities) Own and manage the SAP O2C application landscape within the NorthStar program. Ensure alignment of the O2C system solution with the global process design and Kardex strategy. Act as the primary functional expert for SAP SD and O2C-related processes (e.g., customer orders, billing, pricing) and in-depth understanding of related data- and table-structure. Collaborate with the O2C Process Owner and IT Solution Architect to prioritize and implement enhancements, change requests, and system improvements, managing ongoing customization and reduced developments as needed. Ensure SAP solutions are stable, scalable, and support efficient end-to-end O2C processes. Partner with the systems integrator to support rollouts and release updates, including fit-gap analysis, configuration reviews, testing, training, and Go Live activities; actively contribute to preparation for go-lives.
