New opportunity! We are looking for our next Tech Admin Project Management in our offices in Coruña, our Head Office. This Tech Admin Project Management position is part of the Technical Area and will be based in our offices in A Coruña.
YOUR MISSION
Provide comprehensive administrative support to (according to each area- Global Project/ Tech Admin- Shared Service) ensuring the correct document and operational coordination of the projects/clients. Their contribution guarantees compliance with deadlines, the coherence of information and adequate communication between the different areas involved.
Position Responsibilities
- Administrative management: Continuous updating of project/client information in internal tools (TRS, Navision or others).
- Communication and support to the team: Dialogue with suppliers, customers, Project Managers, purchasing, logistics and technical support to resolve incidents and coordinate actions.
- Billing cycle tracking according to Project/Client.
- Preparation of follow-up reports, meeting minutes and communication of relevant project milestones to internal teams.
- Incident tracking Registration and control of incidents, proposing actions for their resolution.
Position Requirements
Academic Background
- Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Superior) in Administration, Management, Commerce, Logistics or similar.
- Complementary training in project management or administrative coordination is an asset.

Experience
- Previous experience in administrative roles related to projects, logistics, or document management.
- Experience in technology, audiovisual, engineering, or similar sectors is a plus.
Languages Skills
- Native Spanish.
- Intermediate/advanced English for communication with international suppliers and clients.
TRISON WORKING & ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS
- Permanent contract.
- Versátil Working Hours: Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday with flexible start/end times between 08:00–10:00 and 17:00–19:00. Intensive schedule on Fridays from 08:00/9:00 to 15:00/16:00.
