Our inventory is accessible via a latest-generation API and integrated into main technological platforms worldwide, serving customers in over 90 countries daily.
MISSIONThis is a home-based position in Europe with full responsibility for global expansion (revenue and acquisition), encouraging clients to connect to our API. The role includes new business development, account management, and relationship building with all levels of management, focusing on tour operators, DMCs, and bedbanks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Focus on new business development.
Achieve sales targets individually and as part of a team.
Engage with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings;
some travel may be involved.
Visit clients and prospects as necessary.
Close new sales opportunities continuously.
Coordinate with Finance, Connection, and Operations departments to ensure excellent client experience.
Acquire targeted clients with follow-up from registration to booking.
Deliver sales presentations to secure new business.
Plan meetings and analyze data.
Gather client feedback for improvements and communicate with head office.
Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Maintain daily updates in CRM system.
Follow company strategies and directives.
Candidate ProfileMinimum 5 years of field sales experience in the travel industry, preferably with API understanding. An excellent sales record can substitute for less experience. Preference for API sales experience or similar background.
Strong market contacts and knowledge at all levels.
Target-driven, results-oriented, and resourceful.
Understanding of technology and online distribution.
Excellent communication skills;
fluent in English;
additional languages are a plus.
Flexible to travel nationally and internationally.
Confident presenter and communicator.
