The Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to drive qualified leads for our web and mobile design & development services. This is a middle-level role with high autonomy, ownership of the full performance cycle, and long-term collaboration potential.
What You'll Do
End-to-end ownership of paid acquisition, including:
* Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy aligned with our ICP and UVP
* Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns from scratch→ full cycle: hypothesis development → launch → monitoring → optimisation
* Write strong, conversion-driven ad copy
* Coordinate with the designer: prepare clear technical briefs for creatives
* Set up tracking (UTMs, conversions), collect performance metrics, and deliver weekly reports with actionable recommendations
* Maintain and prioritise a hypothesis & A/B testing backlog
What You Bring
Must-haves
* 2+ years of hands-on B2B performance marketing experience
* Successful practical experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads
* Track record of campaigns with real metrics: CPC/CPA, conversion rates, budgets
* Strong analytical skills and proactive improvement mindset
* English B2+
Nice-to-haves
* Knowledge of relevant AI-tools
* German language skills
* Basic understanding of email marketing (setup, automation, simple flows)
* Experience with end-to-end analytics setup (UTMs, conversion events, dashboards)
* Experience collaborating on landing pages & fast creative iteration
