We are currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Service Staff member to join a luxury private villa in Ibiza for the upcoming season.

This position requires a candidate with a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to provide discreet and personalized service to an international UHNW clientele.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, highly professional team dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience in a demanding and refined environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level, personalized service to guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience at all times
* Serve food and beverages according to luxury hospitality standards, maintaining impeccable presentation and service etiquette
* Prepare and maintain dining and service areas before, during and after each service
* Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless and discreet service experience
* Maintain a professional and polished environment throughout the property
* Coordinate closely with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations
* Receive and manage guest requests, ensuring clear communication with relevant departments
* Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of all service areas
* Adhere strictly to health, safety and hygiene regulations
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:
* Previous experience in luxury hospitality environments (private villas, luxury hotels, yachts or fine dining restaurants)
* Proven experience working with UHNW or high-profile international clients
* Advanced level of English is mandatory
* Excellent communication and interpersonal xpzdshu skills
* Strong attention to detail and service etiquette
* Ability to perform under pressure in a high-demand environment
* Professional appearance and discreet, service-oriented attitude
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism
