We are currently looking to expand our Madrid office with a passionate Recruitment Consultant who speaks Italian and is driven by talent and clean energy.
Your Mission:
* Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies in Italy.
* Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interviews.
* Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from initial contact to offer presentation.
* Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey.
* Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis.
* Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends.
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent in both English, Spanish and Italian.
* Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector.
* Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles.
* Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
