Our client is a global leader in professional lighting technology, recognised for delivering innovative and trusted solutions to the live entertainment, installation, and broadcast markets. To strengthen their position in Spain, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the eastern region of the country.
This role focuses on expanding sales primarily among rental and production companies, as well as key systems integrators. You'll use your existing industry knowledge and network to identify new business opportunities, nurture long-term relationships, and occasionally deliver training and demonstrations to clients across a portfolio of advanced professional lighting and control products.
The ideal candidate brings experience in business development or sales within entertainment lighting or controls, with a hands-on proactive sales philosophy and confidence managing a broad territory. Strong negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and fluency in Catalan or Spanish are required, with proficiency in English.
