You will be the operational core of the company — the person who makes sure things run, issues get resolved, partners perform, customers are delighted, and finances stay in order.br/br/What You'll assist the CEO and the COO in the following:br/br/Operations Day-to-day operational management of our partner network Price negotiation with operational suppliers Stock and product control Warehouse forecasting and inventory planning Incident management and claims resolutionbr/br/Carriers Logistics Manage carrier relationships and delivery performance Negotiate rates and service level agreements Resolve delivery incidents and claims Drive continuous improvement in last-mile service qualitybr/br/Customer Florist Experience Lead end-to-end customer experience improvement Strengthen and grow our local florist partner network Onboard, develop and retain florist partners across our network Act as the internal voice of both end customers and florist partnersbr/br/Finance Control Admin Invoice control and reconciliation across operations Carrier billing management and claims Support the finance and procurement function HR admin support: holidays, team perks, coworking reservations Direct executive assistance to the CEO on day-to-day business needsbr/br/AI Automation — A Core Part of the Role Working with our developer team to use AI tools, build and manage automations across all areas you own Identify repetitive or manual processes and replace them with smarter workflows Tools like Make, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar — or the willingness to learn them fast We don't expect you to be an engineer.
