**Inventory management & stock control**:
- Reorders materials and equipment as needed, registers them in relevant databases, provides input on supplier performance, and manages materials, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal availability and timely identification of bottlenecks in logistics processes.
**Inbound goods and storing**:
- Coordinates the intake of incoming materials and equipment, checks and registers for quantity, damages, and completeness, organizes unloading and storage, labels materials, and ensures proper storage at the correct location. Checks the quality and completeness of deliveries to ensure readiness for distribution.
**Order handling**:
- Processes customer orders, checks, packs, and distributes materials or equipment either independently or with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
**Outbound goods and transport planning**:
- Prepares goods for transport, including dispatch documents, supports routing and scheduling based on customer requests, and arranges transportation to meet customer expectations.
**Systems and Administration**:
- Manages the administration of materials and equipment in relevant systems, records hours and logistics data, and generates reports for stakeholders to maintain up-to-date stock and throughput information.
- Ensures all logistics activities adhere to Nutreco standards for quality and efficiency.
**Customer satisfaction**:
- Maintains customer relationships, handles requests appropriately, and aims for positive feedback and sustainable relations.
**Continuous improvement**:
- Evaluates logistics processes and systems, implementing improvements for ongoing optimization.
**Compliance**:
- Ensures adherence to safety, quality, risk, and health regulations.
**Other duties**:
- Performs additional warehouse, logistics, administrative tasks, and supports special projects as assigned.
