As such, teamwork, creativity, reliability and integrity are components of a work ethic taken very seriously since the company was founded in 1959.Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Brokerage Rates Admin Assistant to be based within the Madrid office.Main responsibilities within the Brokerage Rates Admin Assistant position include:- You will be responsible for maintaining and updating brokerage schedules to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date at all times.- Accurately record incoming and outgoing fee reviews to ensure proper tracking and transparency for future reference.- Provide various departments with client rate cards on request, ensuring that the information is consistent and easily accessible.- Assist with the analysis of rate increases and decreases, ensuring that changes are properly documented and aligned with the business strategy.- Work closely with various departments to source accurate data, ensuring all systems and records are consistent and reliable.- Provide timely operational and administrative support as required to all London Managed entities, contributing to efficient business operations.- Help identify opportunities for process improvements and support the development and enhancement of relevant processes within the London managed offices.- You may be asked to take on additional duties as required, depending on the needs of the business and the team.Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:- Strong problem-solving ability with a lateral thinking approach.- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.- Advanced Excel skills, capable of not only storing data but ensuring it is easily readable and presentable.- Good time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.- Exceptional record-keeping abilities, ensuring accuracy and organisation.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain quality under tight deadlines.Tradition do not accept agency CV’s.
