Key Responsibilities:

2. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze data related to process performance to identify patterns, trends, and metrics, and measure the impact of process changes.
3. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define process objectives, identify desired outcomes, and document specific requirements.
4. Process Design and Improvement: Develop and model new or improved processes based on analysis findings and stakeholder requirements.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and incorporate feedback into the process design.
6. Documentation and Reporting: Document the current state of processes, proposed changes, and the outcomes of implemented changes.
