At MIU City University Miami, we’re looking for a professional to join our team and oversee the operation and maintenance of our facilities.
What will you do?
You will coordinate maintenance services, vendors, and contracts, ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our facilities. You’ll also support event logistics, budget and inventory control, and continuous improvement of processes while ensuring compliance with Facilities standards.
What are we looking for?
* Knowledge or technical degree in subjects related to architecture, engineering or business administration (even if you studied in another country)
* Experience in maintenance (hard & soft services)
* Fluent in English and Spanish
* Knowledge of Capex/Opex
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
