Sports Booking Assistant at Club La Santa
Are you enthusiastic about sports and thrive in a customer-focused environment? We have a new opportunity as a Sports Booking Assistant. In this role, you will be the face of Club La Santa, engaging with guests, providing personalized assistance, and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities include helping guests secure sporting equipment, arranging private instructions and excursions, and addressing inquiries to make their visit memorable and smooth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent guest experience, ensuring needs are met promptly and professionally.
2. Manage sporting equipment, ensuring it is in good condition and available for use.
3. Gain extensive knowledge of Club La Santa's activities and facilities.
4. Book private instructions for sports activities.
5. Arrange excursions such as horseback riding, visits to Teguise markets, or day trips to La Graciosa.
6. Coordinate airport transfers via bus or taxi.
7. Respond to guest inquiries with accuracy and accountability.
8. Collaborate with the Sports Booking team for smooth operations.
9. Work with other departments like events and entertainment as needed.
10. Handle back office tasks such as emails, bookings, and transfers.
About You (Essential Skills and Knowledge)
1. At least 2 years of customer service experience.
2. Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Spanish or Danish is preferred.
3. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel.
4. Leadership skills to motivate and train Green Team staff.
5. Effective communication with guests of all ages and staff across departments.
6. Ability to work under pressure and be solution-oriented.
7. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
8. A cheerful, positive attitude with a can-do approach.
Beneficial Skills and Experience
* Experience in customer service within sports or retail environments.
What We Offer
1. Full-time permanent contract, 40 hours/week, with 2 days off.
2. Monthly gross salary of €1,536.08, paid 12 times a year.
3. Additional payments in December, June, and holiday pay, proportional to employment duration.
