We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Showroom Assistant to support our team and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
Role Description
- Welcome clients and assist them in the showroom
- Provide administrative support for home projects and furniture sales
- Prepare quotations, orders, and documentation
- Coordinate deliveries and project timelines
- Maintain showroom organization and presentation
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document management and office organization
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication to handle inquiries and interact with clients professionally
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain discretion with sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Teams
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury services, or real estate management is an advantage
Essentials
- Fluency in English, Spanish and German
- Driver license & own car
