Planet Pharma are partnered with a leading medical device company and we are actively seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join the business on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities :
* Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share.
* Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives or field staff to ensure performance goals are met.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for senior management.
* Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the sales team.
* Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
* Address customer issues and resolve disputes to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Requirements :
* Life science degree preferred.
* Experience selling coronary products.
