As a Senior Front Desk Hospitality Agent, you will embody our principle "Extend Hospitality to All," serving as the face of Sonder, engaging with guests, solving problems creatively, and ensuring outstanding service. This role combines guest interaction with supporting front desk operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
At Sonder, You Will:
1. Represent Sonder by creating a positive first impression for guests, visitors, and partners at the front desk.
2. Assist guests with our technology-rich experience, encouraging use of the Sonder app and self-service options.
3. Communicate proactively with guests in person and digitally to meet their needs and ensure a smooth stay.
4. Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving issues and accommodating requests.
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces to foster a welcoming environment.
6. Support back-of-house tasks such as quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance, supporting multiple properties as needed.
7. Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and enhance the guest experience.
Who We Look For:
1. Experience in hospitality, customer service, or related roles.
2. Personable, positive, and service-oriented, comfortable engaging with guests both in person and digitally.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
4. Strong computer skills and adaptability across applications.
5. Organized, diligent, and able to work effectively independently and in teams.
6. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
8. Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish, is preferred.
9. Reliable smartphone access for work purposes.
10. Willingness to work overnight shifts with applicable premium pay; shift times may vary.
