Within the Large Format Printing area, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide temporary coverage during a maternity leave.
What You'll Do
* Administrative support to Partners and daily operations.
* Logistics management (shipment of parts, reporting, etc.).
* Customer service to our Partners via phone, email, and management tools.
* Opening, handling, assignment, analysis, and closure of cases.
* Coordination with other departments.
What We're Looking For
* Education in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
* Intermediate level of English.
* Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Position Details
* This position is based in León. xqysrnh
* Hybrid working model (minimum 2 days per week in the office)
* Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00h.
* This is a temporary role with an estimated duration of 4 to 6 months.
